My BRAND NEW program, 4-Week Slim Down, might be for you! This program is customized just for busy moms who are in charge of the family meal plan and schedule. I've compiled my best meal plans, tips, tricks, and workouts in this comprehensive 4-week program. If you're ready to make a change, let's do it together!

My mission is to help you lose weight and tone your body, create a sustainable healthy lifestyle, and feel greatabout accomplishing your goals. 

In addition to fat loss, expect to see an increase in energy, more control over your food choices and mood, and a family who is included in your new lifestyle! 

The next round of my 4-Week Slim Down will begin prep week on April 10th!!  

What's Included

During my 4 week program (plus 1 week of prep), you will receive the following:

  •  My weekly meal plan, complete with recipes, a grocery list, and video tutorials with cooking demonstrations
  •  Personalized workouts
  •  Accountability and support
  •  Daily education and tips for success
  •  2 LIVE group trainings
  •  Snack and lunchbox ideas for your kiddos

Here’s how it works: 

  • You will be given a grocery list with a list of approved foods.
  • You will be expected to follow a 5-day per week workout plan that includes written workouts and hyperlinked videos. I will provide options for workouts depending on your needs and preferences.
  • Exercises will be appropriate for all levels with modified options for beginners. The workouts will be a mixture of strength training, cardio, and low impact stretching and balance work.
  • Participants will be required to pay in advance and fill out all health forms, waivers, and liability forms before the program begins. 
  • Participants will be required to complete daily check-ins with me via our private FB group.  
  • The training program is payable via cash, check, or PayPal ($147 total).
