Ouff. That was hard! I hadn't done PiYo in awhile but was craving some stretching and isolated burn. And it did the trick! It's super important to mix up your routine so that your muscles don't get complacent. Be sure that you have a nice variety each week, including some stretching, cardio, and strength components.
If ever there was a day I could skip, today would have been the day!! My kids were up every hour last night for one thing or another (no, seriously. Every. Single. Hour.). But I did it and now I can enjoy those feel-good endorphins all day. Lord knows I need them today!! #sharingsuccess #getitdone
