Lemon Mustard Tilapia

  • tilapia filet
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • squirt of dijon mustard
  • squeeze of a lemon
  • shake of garlic powder
  • tsp dill

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pat on top of the fish (I didn’t bother with the bottom).  Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or so and squeeze a little more lemon on top.

This was SO good and I don’t even like fish 😉
