Private 1-on-1 fitness coaching

Accountability is the biggest missing piece in most people's health and fitness solutions. Having to "check-in" with someone each day makes a HUGE difference in getting that workout in or not, or sticking to your eating plan or not. With my 1-on-1 coaching, I will hold you accountable with daily texts. I'll also guide you in your food and workout choices, and we'll troubleshoot any issues you're having together! Friends, it's ALWAYS easier with someone alongside you!

My best friend Monica and I co-authored a cookbook that will help you reach your health and fitness goals.
